Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to getting your order to you quickly and securely. All orders are processed and dispatched from our location in Patiala, Punjab. We currently ship to addresses all across India.

 

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. After dispatch, you can expect your delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our Replacement-First Promise

Our standard procedure is to first replace any product that has a functional fault or wasn't what you ordered. We believe this is the fastest and most efficient way to solve any problem. Refunds are a secondary option, offered only when a suitable replacement cannot be provided.

45-Day Exchange Window

​

 

We provide a 45-day window from the date of delivery to exchange your product if it develops a functional fault covered by our warranty, or if it was Dead on Arrival (DOA). To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original physical condition (excluding the fault) with all accessories.

Important Exclusions: Liquid & Physical Damage

​

 

Please be aware that our return and exchange policy does not cover user-inflicted damage. We inspect every product that is returned to us.

Any device that is returned with signs of liquid damage, accidental damage (like cracks or dents from being dropped), burns, or other physical damage will not be eligible for an exchange or a refund. These damages immediately void the return and exchange policy for that item.
